Pastel on pastelmat 12"x25"


I had this reference I took a while ago, and I finally got around to painting it. It turned out better than I thought it would. This painting has won several awards including the first place Jean G. Barclay Memorial Award for pastel at the Equine Art Show 2024, as well as the show committee poster award. It was then shown at the Fine Art Show in Puyallup WA, and also won first place drawing/pastel with over a hundred in its class.
